EAHP
The European Association of Hospital Pharmacists represents more than 23.000 hospital pharmacists in 35 European countries and is the only association of national organisations representing hospital pharmacists at European and international levels. ECPhA represents and develops the hospital pharmacy profession within Europe in order to ensure the continuous improvement of care and outcomes for patients in the hospital setting. This is achieved through science, research, education, practice, as well as sharing best-practice and responsibility with other healthcare professionals.
ESCP
The European Society of Clinical Pharmacy (ESCP) is an international scientific society founded in 1979 by clinical practitioners, researchers and educators from various countries in Europe, which constantly supports the development of the clinical pharmacy, looking for new areas of professional practice. The Aim of the European Society of Clinical Pharmacy is to develop and promote the rational and appropriate use of medicines (medicinal products and devices) by the individual and by society.
